I have worked for Phone Logic for the past 2 years, firstly as a member of the telemarketing team and more recently as Melanie’s Personal Assistant. As a parent returning to the workforce this has been a fantastic opportunity for me to refresh old skills and learn some new ones in an extremely friendly and supportive environment.<\/p>\n
Melanie has built up a wonderful team of people who are dedicated to achieving great results for Phone Logic and I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of this team. The flexibility and ability to contribute to the workforce from home makes Phone Logic a great option for so many people in my situation.<\/p>\n
To work for for such a dynamic person such as Melanie is a privilege with never a dull moment!<\/p>\n
Thanks Mel. I have been working for Melanie and Phone Logic from the start. Mel is a great boss and also a good friend.<\/p>\n The fact that I know Mel personally makes me want to work harder. I hate it when I do not achieve my targets in the evening, on the rare occasion this happens, I will work extra in my own time!<\/p>\n When people find out what my role is they always say “I bet you always speak to rude people”. That is not the case, I very rarely encounter people who are rude. When I cold call people in the evenings I speak to them in the manner in which I would like to be spoken to – normal and natural. I am not “like a robot” or pushy! I know for a fact that this is the same for all the team and that is why we achieve good results!<\/p>\n Mel is very easy to talk to, she is down to earth, has a wicked sense of humour and is great to work for!<\/p>\n Thanks To anyone who may be thinking of working with the Phone Logic team, then think no further. They are a fantastic bunch of people to work with.<\/p>\n Working for a boss like Melanie is like working for a friend, she is a fun, lively and vibrant woman to work for as well as being an excellent coach & confidante.<\/p>\n Mel and the team make sure that the hours you work are convenient to you and the hours required to work are made to suit everyone’s individual needs.<\/p>\n When I cold call in the evenings, I call in a clear, friendly and positive manner, which in return is very well received.<\/p>\n I totally enjoy working for Mel and her clients and the social gatherings we have are as Mel would say “a real hoot”!.<\/p>\n Cheers!
